About Me

Ive always had a love for music, At the age of about 14/15 I got a cheap very standerd dj mixing station, I taught myself how to dj on this and started building up a music collection of mainly RnB & Hip Hop . About a year and a half later after I perfected my skill as a dj and gained alot of knowledge within the urban scene I invested in a pair of numark axis 9 professional cd players and a professional mixer, I was nearly 17 at this stage. In early 2008 I enroled on a weekly music production night class set in a professional studio where I gained alot of knowledge on the production side of music. Shortly after this in febuary/march 2008 I became part of www.dubplates.co.uk where I had my own weekly show on the station every saturday from 10pm to midnight. At this Point I had done lots of mixtapes and im still gaining more and more experience in the music industry ! After about 7 months playing on dubplates I moved to UMA(urban music awards) nominated online radio station www.phatbeats.net where you can now catch me every sunday in the urban home studio from 5-7pm giving you the best music from the streets ! I am also now management of the urban home studio here so if your a DJ looking for a show then please contact me. As an urban DJ I play various different genres, I blend the mainstream in with the underground scene giving full flavours of urban sounds which include RnB - Hip Hop - Garage - Funky House - Drum & Bass - Grime - Ragga - Rare Groove - Old Skool and more. At the moment I am working hard at furthering myself in the music industry and at promoting the best urban music. Thanks for reading my cut down mini biography!
