Joined Phatbeats in 2009. Started Dj-ing around 1992. Born and bred in Birmingham with a love for all kinds of urban music from my early teens and started off mixing all types of soulful/funky/jazzy/rare grooves at parties Old Skool Garage. Also Funky House...urban style! You can catch the man like DJ Maverick every Satuday 5pm-7pm

Garage Home Studio - Saturdays 11am-1pm & Thursdays 5pm-7pm. Yes people. This is me Dekka D. Born and raised in Brum. Been bought up on music all my life but since the beggining of the Garage era it's been a passion of mine. There is no substitute!!!! Been DJing for about 4 years and I'm loving it, for me It's all about UKG. Been a part of the Phatbeats family for about 1 year and done a few cover shows in the Garage tv studio, which is always a wicked buzz!!
